It’s important to hire a professional makeup artist who is talented and reputable because without being fully satisfied with your makeup you won’t be very happy with many of your most beautiful photographs. One great way to be proactive for your big day is to do a practice makeup trial for your engagement session, which will give you adequate time to make any adjustments before your big day. A camera will often capture only half of a brides makeup, so don’t be afraid to apply more than what you’re used to.

Hazel these Tips are just what I need especially doing a makeup trial on the engagement session! Im going to talk with my makeup artist and hopefully she will be available in time for our session! One of best friends was going to do the makeup for my bridal party, do you think that I should ask my makeup artist help out with my bridal party instead of my friend?
Erika, Leaving things always to a professional, you may get the result you need. A professional make-up artist should always know the skin tonality of individuals to enhance all those beautiful features you and your bridal party may have. You might also get a group rate too 🙂
