Well, I have to say that this has been one of my most exciting sessions ever! Crystal and Dean, one of our favorite couples had a fashion E-Session at Pilar restaurant. Dean’s friend Scott Fredel has a magnificent restaurant called Pilar located in Aventura. Scott  has also been recently selected as one of  South Florida’s top chef through Ocean Drive Magazine and the Martinis are amazing! I couldn’t stop smiling the entire trip home! Crystal,  you made this session very special to us. I love how we share vigor towards fashion, champagne, and doggies. You are an incredibly beautiful woman and I see your future filled  with  love and happiness. Dean you are such a sweetheart, thank you being a great sport and also for making us laugh. Pilar was nothing but a wonderful experience!  Thank you for such a fun and exciting day!!! Crystal, I can’t wait to see you in your stunningly beautiful dress!!

After a very cool fashion shoot we went to the beach. Palmer, the most cute and adorable Boston Terrier I have ever seen, accompanied us the entire session and we had so much fun including him in a few of our photographs!

If you ever get a chance to listen to these two’s love story please do. As I did I swear it was match made in heaven.

This beautiful love story started at the Westin Diplomat where I photographed Loraine getting ready and putting on her elegant and beautiful wedding dress! This unique ceremony took place at The Great House. It was so heartwarming  being surrounded by a family who loved each other so dearly. It was really fun photographing Loraine and Jorge at this magnificent restaurant. Its exclusive and creative architecture was beyond amazing! During the reception, at the first dance between father and daughter, Loraine was very overwhelmed started to cry and left the dance floor. Little did we know that this was just a part of her big scheme. She definitely fooled us all as her and her dad both came out wearing sunglasses and dancing to “I Got A Feeling “- from  the Black Eyed Peas. I particularly enjoyed capturing Loraine and Jorge’s love for each other as they walked over a beautiful, romantic wooden bridge.  At the end of the night with sparklers and, loud and exciting cheers from friends and family, Loraine & Jorge’s exit was none the less unforgettable! Loraine & Jorge, you have such a loving and supportive family, Alex and I wish you a happy and beautiful journey together.

Engagement Sessions: Couples are now having more fun with their engagement sessions and they’re getting pretty creative too. The best theme for an engagement photo shoot is one that’s personal.

A Place!

Have the pictures taken at a location that means something to you and your fiance. It could be the place you got engaged, where you went on your first date, or just somewhere you both like to spend time together. If you live near a city, make it a city-themed shoot and walk around with your photographer taking pictures at your favorite spots. If your fiance proposed on a beach, give the photo shoot a beach theme. If there happens to be a state fair or a carnival in your area, there’s your theme! Spend part of the day or night there playing games and going on rides with your photographer capturing the moment!

An Era!

If you’re searching for a more vivid theme, think about your shared hobbies or favorite movies — if you both love a period piece, you can theme your engagement photo shoot based on that time. Lots of couples now are getting all dressed up in outfits from various decades, magazine photo shoot-style!

Next week’s tip is fun, simple and creative!

When I arrived to Alina’s home on the day of her wedding, I was greeted by the most precious and lovely little girls I had ever seen! One of the most beautiful qualities that Alina and Reny share, is their love and compassion towards their family.  Alina got ready at her parents beautiful home, and it was sweet and heartwarming listening to her telling me how much she loved her little doggy, who was running around her home from all of the excitement! Alina’s photographs show what an artistic and very fashionable woman she is. Alina and Reny began their life long journey at the enormous, and beautifully sculptured Epiphany Catholic Church on February 27, 2010. What an incredible ceremony! Alina and Reny definitely have a taste for fashion and style! They were chauffeured in a gorgeous 1968 white Bentley! We had so much fun during the taking of the photographs with the bridal parties, I could hardly hold my camera up from laughing so much! Everyone, on 3, jump.. 1,2,3 jump! Every wedding should be this fun! Their elegant reception was at the Mariott  hotel. Their wedding was video recorded by Artistic Film Productions. Towards the end of the reception Alina, Reny and I went outside to shoot a couple of breathtaking skylight photographs! Alina and Reny, it was sooo much fun being a part of your beautiful wedding! I wish your journey together is filled with love and happiness. “Family is Everything”
